Building on guidance received through the September 17, 2024 SaMD consultation and the October 24, 2024 PMDA consultation, we received further advice concerning an application for insurance coverage.
ALS iScan is a highly novel product. We will continue its development as a software medical device while consulting the relevant authorities on marketing approval and insurance coverage.
